Pride Month is only one day away after today! We are kicking it off with a fun movie night Saturday evening to celebrate Aya's birthday with some horror movies and popcorn.
As we get closer to our Ormond Beach Pride event, I have been working hard on getting the decorations and materials with YOUR help! The club fundraiser has received $400 in donations so far to cover the cost of decor, accessories, and other materials -- this would not be possible without all of you and I am beyond grateful!
I was able to get Pride flags, banners, pins, temporary tattoos, necklaces, signage, and more! With that, I am now able to set up a table to give out any Pride accessories to attendees and sell club logo stickers with all proceeds going directly towards funding future club events/field trips. After Pride, our next big event will be a trip to the Marine Science Center in Ponce Inlet in July!
